Review: A well-written book, nicely organized with good examples of the how and why. As a new boater with enough experience to understand the limitations of meal preparation on a boat I found this book of great help. Nice chapter on charter provisioning. If you are very experienced or passage making I don't think it will be much help. I originally found this book written up in a US Power Squadron magazine. Glad I clipped the article and finally purchased the book. I certainly will be much better prepared.
