Review: This is a difficult book for the begining boater. The author uses many obscure words and phrases without explaining them. No information is given about the author, but the British spelling makes me think he lives overseas. Perhaps that is why so many words are obscure. The experienced boater may gain something, but then he or she probably already knows most of the information in this book.
