Summary: Very informative hiking book
Review: Great hiking book, tells when the falls are running, if there is a bathroom!, what time of year to go see the falls, how far to hike to the falls and how tall they are! Beautiful pictures though I wish they were in color. The maps look precise and led me right to the falls. The book was laid out in a unique order which seems to tell you first about the history of the place and then information about the falls itself. Then she lists the hiking trail and directions. She shows really neat private waterfalls that I wish i could go see also. All in all a great book.

Review: I've lived in the NE Ohio area for almost 40 years, and while I knew about 3 or 4 of the waterfalls around my house, I had no idea about the other 30-40! This book is fantastic. I'd even go so far as to say it's one of the best I've bought in a long time. If there's a shortcoming, it's in the quality of the pics for the waterfalls. They're very indicative of the falls at various times of the year, but it would have been nice if they'd have been color pics or of a higher print quality (like a true photo quality instead of BW copier/printer quality). None-the-less, I found it....no....I'm FINDING it to be an incredible resource for my hikes and other weekend jaunts. Already my friends are borrowing it! Well done-a must buy!
