Review: The good news is that any woman can gain martial ability equal to that of a man, enabling her to defend herself if attacked. The bad news is that the ONLY way to do it is to spend hours a day, EVERY day, in intense training, using CORRECT methods. If you are a woman, and you aren't willing to do that, then I recommend you find yourself a big strong man to protect you, as nature intended.....or buy yourself a gun AND LEARN HOW TO USE IT. Anything else and you are just fooling yourself.
