There are many lessons here, even for those becoming athletes for the first time. If you want to inspire a son or friend to excell at wrestling, there is no finer instrument for that purpose than this book.

Review: Having read this book many years ago it is still refreshing to have my athletes read this great book during the athletic season that they are competing in. I believe it has as much an impact on people as did the movie Rocky. I have always been a fan of Dan Gable and this book brought out the insight of his tremendous will power to be the best at what he did. I strongly recommend this book to all youth of this country.
