Review: This is the book that most helped me in "turning the corner" from rifle-shooting to shotgun-shooting. Note, though, that this is not a book about trap or skeet. However, if you want to learn a method for killing live birds, this is the book I would recommend (for whatever that is worth!)

Summary: Classic Game Shooting Techniques
Review: Tremendous read and a must for all field shotgunners! Bruce Bowlen is clear in his writing style and articulate in instructional shooting technique.Bowlen not only illustrates proper shooting technique but also includes other equally important topics such as gun fit, safety, and eye-dominance. Probably the most fascinating area to me was the history behind why Americans have had a hard time adapting the classic English technique. If you enjoy bird hunting, you would be well-served to invest the time to devour the contents of this book. I can attest to improvement that it has made in my success and have shared it with all my friends.
