Rating: Summary: Impressed Review: my school is big into cheerleading and i wasn't exactly impressed with the 'Skills' the cheerleaders have but after reading this book i was so inspired i tryed out and have been on the Varsity song squad for two and a half years.
Rating: Summary: This book was helpful to me. Review: This book gave great tips on warm-ups, stretching, and jumps. It had a variety of cheers and chants. I checked it out at the library and really enjoyed it !
Rating: Summary: A great book for cheerleaders, or cheerleaders to be. Review: This book has great pictures, it tells you exactally how to do the jump, or the cheer, or the stunt. I would recomend this book to anyone who is a cheerleader, or is even thinking about becoming one.
Rating: Summary: Its ok!! Review: this book has nothing about lijke how to get on a sqaud any tips...u actully get what u pay for. If u buy it from amazon.com u get the pom pons!
Rating: Summary: Good For Beginners: Review: This book is great for those just starting cheerleading; but for more advanced girls, I'd skip it. It's appropriate for middle school-aged kids. There are clear photos that explain how to do the most basic steps; but when you get to some more difficult jumps, you're pretty much on your own. This book would be good as a companion to formal cheerleading instruction w/ a coach. If you get it, start slowly w/ the stretching and gradually work your way up to the real cheers. And, although this book doesn't mention it, PRACTICE YOUR SPLITS! Another thing this book left out is pyramid formations, but I guess you really can't do those @ home! All in all, it was a good book, and you won't be dissapointed.

Rating: Summary: Excellent cheerleading book! Review: This book shows motions, jumps, and cool cheer routines. This book is a great supplement to any cheerleaders library of cheerleading books. This book also comes with pom pons, so you can practice using pom pons when cheering.
Rating: Summary: Great Book!!!! A cheerleading must-have!!!!!!! Review: This book teaches everything you need to know. I receantly joined a cheerleading team and the advisor let me borrow the book to read. It really taught me alot of must-to-know's.
Rating: Summary: great beginner to intermediate book Review: This book was a great reference for my daughters who are interested in trying out for cheerleading. The week long cheerleading try-out camp at school is pretty intense and with this book at least they will be able to learn some basics.
Rating: Summary: This book should be read by ALL cheerleaders Review: This book was really awewsome. If you are just trying out for cheerleading it is soooooo helpful. its teaches you jumps, chants and cheers. Most people think of cheerleaders as ditzy, but if they were a cheerleader they would understand it is not that easy. Next to basketball and track/x-country it is the best sport. If you are a cheerleader or considering tryingout i really recommend it!
