Rating: Summary: It's a great book for golfers of all skill levels. Review: This book teaches you the mental aspects of the game and I thought it was great. It helped me a lot and I would reccomend this book to any golfer.
Rating: Summary: I Get The Point Already Review: This contains a whole bunch of case studies -- some of pros you've heard of and some of amateurs -- who have consistenly played a higher level of golf because of self-confidence. Okay, great. But once I'm convinced of that (after the first chapter) this book is pretty short on things to do to improve your self-confidence. Save your money and spend it on his audio tape, "Putting Out of Your Mind". At least it has some advice on how to improve your game, rather than point out the obvious: success breeds success, and self-doubt is a real killer of your golf swing.
Rating: Summary: An Eye-opener for the frustrated golfer. Review: Through the use of example from some fo the greatest names to play the game, Bob Rotella relates and reiterates playing in the present. As one who struggled with having confidence in my swing and my game, I found this book refreshing. Rotella provides some of the best examples in this easy to read and apply "handbook". Why handbook? Its a wonderful tool that you can use and apply the principles to dramatically change your game. I read this book while on vacation, asorbing every word. I cannot wait to apply the teachings Rotella provides.
