Summary: Excellent undergraduate sport psychology textbook!
Review: I have used this book in my undergraduate course in sport psychology at Georgia Southern University since the first edition. This text does a good job of explaining theories and and describing sport psychology applications. Weinberg and Gould have developed a well organized, resourceful, and easy-to-read book that my students have enjoyed reading. College professors, this book has excellent ancillary materials.
