Rating: Summary: Only for the very beginners Review: This book is dumb. kurt spents all the book, telling about how important the "mental thing" is. He takes only 10 pages to tell us the reason we bought his book ABS. Yes very few exercises, not convincent, very poor writen I felt I've just bought those miracle gadgets from TV. I really don't know why american trainers prefer spend half of the book teaching about mental stuff, instead focus on the real train. I'm not against mental train I just think, motivation is subjective and should be taught by a psycologist.
Rating: Summary: Great Book. Very easy to follow. Review: This book is great and cheap. Exercises are tough but very simple to follow. The program takes up very little time so there is no way you can make excuses that there is not enough time to do the exercises. I highly recommend this book to strengthen your abs.

Rating: Summary: A Must Have Ab Work-Out Book! Review: This is the best book on abs I have ever seen. The program is short, simple, and easy to incorporate into your everyday life. I have been following the program for 1 year now and have obtained wonderful results by slimming down, losing 3 inches off my waist, and losing between 15-20 pounds. :o) I have a pretty healthy diet and am fit otherwise, however needed some form of ab training. I hate gyms and all the other boring programs out there. I must say, I have not hit burn out on this program. I even bought Kurt's Ab Video a year ago when I purchased this book, however, have no need of it. This is the Ab work-out program for me! For the results obtained, the price of the book is worth tenfold (or more?). Go for it! You won't be disappointed.

Rating: Summary: IT IS NOT TRUE. Ask Brad Pitt how long it took him..? Review: Who can believe that 3 minutes a day of any kind of exercise will give you a set of killer abs..? Answer: NO ONE...! Why? Because people know better. Think about it. Why is it that not many people have killer abs? The reason is that to get a set of abs like the one's that appear on the cover of this book, one would would have to work for at least 2 hours on your abs alone for 2 years every day. Ask Brad Pit.. it did not take him 3 minutes a dayfor the past 15 years. It took him a constant discipline (2 hours a day)since he was 12 yrs old. Guess what..? If you want to have a set of killer abs do the following. 1. Run at least 4 times a week. (3-4 miles)- burn the lower fat 2. Crunches (incline / decline/ sideways)- shape muscle 3. Run. OK. I hope it helps. My eight pack can prove it. I did it in 4 years (1.2 hours a day) + Running. bye
Rating: Summary: Gimmicky Title Masks Fantastic Program! Review: Wow - I actually bought this based on other readers' reviews. This was the BEST money I've spent on a workout guide. I was up to 300 stomach crunches a day on a slant board and still not getting the results I wanted (plus it took so long!). Not 5 weeks later and the difference is unbelievable! I still have a way to go to look like Kurt's cover shot, but I am so much tighter and better defined than I have ever been. 36 years and I'm finally happy with the way my abs look - and they'll only get better. This is great! When you include stretching time you're looking at around 10 minutes or so a day - still chump change when you think of the time you've wasted in the past. The exercises themselves really do only go for three minutes, and as stupid as it may sound, it works. Buy this book - you will not be sorry.
