Rating: Summary: Fantastic! Review: I think this is a great book. I've bought videos, and even Mr. Brungardt's other books. They're all too complicated. This provides some simple, basic exercises in an easy-to-follow format. I have been doing this for a month and I can already see the results. In fairness, two things: it's more like 10-15 minutes and not three, when you consider stretching, etc. Also, if you are already spending two hours a day at the gym, this book will seem remedial to you. But if you are a beginner/intermediate, it's a great routine that will get you results.
Rating: Summary: It worked for me Review: I was a little Skeptical about getting a decent workout in 3 minutes a day, but i've been pleasantly surprised. I have been doing the workouts for a couple of months and have really gotten positive results. I was doing ab workouts before, but I have stopped doing those and now I only do the ones from this book. It does take more than 3 minutes with the stretches and back exercises in the book, but it still is a quick and effective workout.
Rating: Summary: Three minutes is enough Review: I'm an avid execiser and consider myself to be in intermediate shape. My abs were always my strongest muscle group, that is until I tried 3 minute abs my body is still aching. I can't wait to see what happens in week two!
Rating: Summary: I had a hard time believing it, but am TOTALLY AMAZED! Review: I've been working out steadily for the last few years, and my abs have always been the most disappointing of all my body parts. It is true, it does not matter how tone or lean or muscular the rest of your body is, your abs often set the impression of how healthy or fit you look. I've gone through at least a dozen different routines or devices for ab workouts, but i never stick to any for long because they never felt right or because they were just too repetitive for me. But this, 3 mins a day, and what a burn! It has been only two weeks, but I've already started to see the difference. I have no doubt that this truly is the best ab workout, and IT ONLY TAKES 3 MINS A DAY! I didn't believe the title when I first bought it, but believe me, that's all it takes. And the 3 mins a day is not referring to beginners, I consider myself pretty advance and the burn is still there (actually, beginners probably wouldn't even last 3 mins).
Rating: Summary: Very Effective Review: If you want to get definition and build your abs this is the book to get. It's worked for me. The only problem is you have to wait a long time and be patient. You have to wait at least four to six weeks before you see any results. You also have to maintain some sort of cardio workout of your choice to help this program work. It will take a few months to start seeing really noticeable results but if you are determined enough it will be worth it.

Well I know I was pretty shocked when I heard about 7 min abs. Then all the news papers were following the 'Abs Race' as each minute barrier was successfully broken. Believe me, I'm just as impressed with three minutes as you, but I think we can do a little better. Don't buy an ab video program until we are ABsolutely sure the limit has been reached!

Rating: Summary: 3 minute abs? Yes, Seeable? No Review: It's true that you don't need 1000 crunches a day or more than 15 minutes to have perfect abs. The problem is that if you have a very thin layer of fat that covers them, NOONE will be able to see them. You have to burn all these fat and this requires to do aerobics at least 3 times a week for 30-60minutes. I am also surprised by the other readers that said their fat went down just by doing abs. ANY serious dietitian will tell you that there is no such thing as "spot reduction"
Rating: Summary: Incredible efficacy! Review: Shut your skepticism out for a blink. This book really works. The program is designed to attack all the regions of the abdomen with great efficacy. The results start showing soon. With a longer usage of say 3-6 months one can get those washboard abs. However, such a target will also require a restricted and diffucult regimen of diet, etc.
Rating: Summary: The six pack of your dreams awaits you! Review: This book is absolutely amazing. If any of you out there are like me then you're not much for lengthy exercise routines. That's the beauty of this book--it only takes 3 minutes a day. Everybody's got 3 minutes to spare somewhere in a day. If you want a great looking six pack all you need is this book and 3 minutes a day and I guarantee you'll see results!
