Summary: can't wait the italian translation!!!
Review: This book is just fantastic, I really think that it is complete for everyone. When I found this book in amazon.com, I immediately understood that I couldn't wait the italian translation! I think that body builders aren't always intelligent, and I found out that many informations that you find in magazines, are often incorrect, but with this book the story is different: Arnold is intelligent, the information are always clear, and I'm becoming bigger every day!!

Summary: ONE OF THE TOP 3 BEST BODYBUILDING BOOKS
Review: Arnold gives a ton of good info that really does work. Amazon has made a fool of itself making fun of his yoga tips, they do work for body control, the whole point of it. Plus the book has a awesome photo set. When you see the best it makes you want to train like the best. Some people want to workout once a week and for 10 min. Arnold tells the truth though in that you only get to look good when you suffer and train enough, there is no easy way around it. Of course Arnold did use steriods but that doesn't mean he doesn't know what he is talking about. Maybe training 6 times a week and twice a day is a steriod users workout. But he was only telling the truth of how much he worked out. The book is just awesome though and a must read from someone who isn't full of it.

Summary: Interesting, but outdated
Review: Interesting insight into the world of bodybuilding and contest strategies by the master himself. However, some of the exercises and training principles presented are DOWNRIGHT WRONG. I am an exercise physiologist and these programs would only work for someone on large amounts of steroids.

Summary: THE book for all aspects of bodybuilding.
Review: A great book for all levels of bodybuilders. From front to back, it's packed with photos of past and present bodybuilders. Most of the content from the last edition is included and even more is added or updated (competition section). From beginner routines to pre-contest dieting tips, this book has it all. If you've ever had a question about bodybuilding, you'll find the answer here.

Summary: Contains everything an intermediate needs to get serious
Review: This book covers every facet of the bodybuilding game and it works. I got unbeleivable results following the principles of this book. This book has changed my entire mindset about what will yield true results. I stopped buying magazines every month and got the whole story, succeeding with Arnold's method doesn't take drugs, just discipline.

Summary: Awesome book!
Review: This book is loaded with all the information needed for the beginner and nonbeginner to boast up their levels of confidence. I plan to use the book to help me prepare for shows that I wish to compete in. Gives illustrations of other bodybuliders like Lee Priest, Darrem Charles, Lou Ferrigno, Frank Zane, etc. Those who gave this book a bad review doesn't know their $%& from their elbow! They don't appreciate the idea of hard work! Get the Book it is great!

Summary: What do you mean you can't give zero stars?
Review: God, some people are so stupid. The routines posted in this book which I used to consider useful are utter crap! These routines are useless for anyone other than those sad losers who take ridiculous amounts of steroids. You see foolish young kids spending hours in the gym doing useless exercises like tricep pushdowns and dumbbell flyes. It's sad that when people see a genetic wonder who is juiced to the gills they think he knows how to train properly. If you want next to no results, by all means follow the "advice" in this book. I foolishly read books by Stuart McRobert and John McCallum which have given me a naturally well developed physique and strength without spending hours in the gym or spending my cash on WORTHLESS supplements. The ideas in Arnold's book are at the root of bodybuilding failures.

Summary: Two Words:
Review: GET I

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: This is best book written on bodybuilding. Period.
Review: The book covers diet, exercises, history, etc. of bodybuilding. All the information is accurate and well researched.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Information solely for the drug user
Review: It is sad, in todays unenlightened world, that the Weider principles are still considered gospel. Arnold, although fantastic, was misguided. The routines and information in this book are worthless for a natural bodybuilder. Check out Mike Mentzer's Heavy Duty routines for realistic and rational help.
