Review: This book is incredible. It is so full of energy (Chi), just like Jackie himself. I am a Chi Gung master and a Shaman and this book, as well as Jackie's wonderful movies, has helped to fill me with the energy I need to heal plants, animals, and people. Read this book, it will inspire you to become the best you can be at whatever you do. It sure has helped me become a better healer.

Review: It is a great book if you like Jackie Chan. Reading this book is like listening to Jackie narrating his whole life in front of you. There are a lot of inspirations throughout his book.The story about his life is so dramatic that reading his book is like reading a fictional novel! I strongly recommend this book.

Summary: The best book that I have read in a long time.
Review: This book makes you feel as if you went through the life of Jackie Chan right along aside him. If you like Jackie, you will love the book. Jackie tells the good and bad of himself as he sees it. He is very inspirational. Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker are MAGIC together. I hope to see the two of them work together again soon.

Summary: Engaging and beyond what you'd expect from an action star
Review: Although it is obvious that someone did a bit of touching up on the language (some of the metaphors etc sounded too much like an experienced writer). But nevertheless, you just can't stop reading it. It has all the wit and charm of Jackie and some good "behind the scenes" stuff. It was amazing some of his memories he had (I felt like I was at the academy with him). I expected much less from an action hero but he provided a great experience I won't forget for quite a while. A great book from the man who always finds a way to amaze us even more.

Review: Just a Great book, I thought was going to be lightweight pap, but was moved and felt for his pain in his life, and as a lazy westerner was appalled and fascinated with his years at the chinese opera company. Loved it!!! better than some of his movies!!

Review: I really loved it. This book tells us all of Jackie including the memories of childhood, hard time, ties with Yuen Biao and Samo, romance, etc. This has much information which we can't get from any other books. And this book will bring you the heartwarming feeling, vitality, hope and guts. It's worth reading if you do not know Jackie yet. Don't miss it!!!!! --- Imamade niha arienakatta Jackie no samazamana miryoku wo arinomama ni tutaeru "meisaku" desu. Review: This is one of the best books that I have ever read. "I Am Jackie Chan" is a fascinating look at one of the greatest performers to ever grace the screen. From start to finish, this book had me enticed with its story of a young Chan and his tumultuous rise to stardom. This is a must have for fans of Jackie and I recommend it even to those who aren't (at least not yet). I must say, Jackie Chan IS the man.

Summary: An incredibly riveting and can't-put-down book!
Review: As a fan of Jackie Chan, I thought this was a totally interesting book. I was absorbed in this autobiography and finished it in two days. I also chose this book for my book report in school. At first I just flipped through the book to see the pictures. Which lead to reading the first paragraph. Which lead to reading a lot more paragraphs. Which lead to me purchasing the book! (I wish I had bought it on Amazon though, I had to pay the full price) It is so interesting because it shows Jackie Chan's view about his own movies. After few successes and many failures, Jackie Chan is in America and impressing us all! Rush Hour was the coolest action movie I think I've ever seen! (Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan are a fantastic duo)
