Summary: Krugman Never Misses
Review: Mike Krugman can write about almost anything and make it fun and interesting. His offbeat attitude and anomalistic perception of "reality" can turn what could have easily been a "hack" piece into an enjoyable, entertaining and revealing read.

Summary: Buy the Hardy Boyz book instead.
Review: Ok so it wasn't too bad but I highly recommend the Hardy Boyz book instead. The Hardy story really lifted you to new hights by showing the hard work and determination they invested and gave a lot more detail in their interactions with the other wrestlers. I can see how you can really look up to them. This was different. I don't want to say I think less of Amy Dumas after reading the book but I do have mixed emotions. It was a sad book. She was obviously a lost person at some point, however, she does have some truly charitable work displayed as well.
I guess if you are a fan you probably rate everything high but a realistic view for me is a 3.

Summary: A look into the Xtreme diva's life
Review: Really in depth look into Lita's world before she even though of wrestling... and while she was in. I'm a huge Lita fan, and I didn't think I would like this book... but I was surprised. Lita definitely went through a lot and many life changing events, it was nice to see her personal take on certain thins that went on in the WWE. Excellent book overall, and if you're a Lita fan... you'll love it!

Summary: Informative
Review: The history of Amy "Lita" Dumas has been a somewhat mystery -- no pun intended. This book, is written by Amy and Michael Kraugman ( who also helped write Exist 2 Inspire ). While the "stringing together" of the words is not exactly complicated English and while this is not exactly a literary masterpiece, the actual content is quite a read. Many people tend to put down this book due to that fact that Lita has only been in the rasslin' business since early 1998 and that she has not been around long enough to write her life story, but well, I can tell you this much, from the story of her life so far; it's quite amazing.

I am wrestling fan, I was born one and I will die one; so reading wrestling biographies comes naturally to me. It seems like I have been waiting a lifetime for this book, and I was not at all dissapointed. This is a feel good story, it is a story about making your way to the top and seeing your dreams come true by hard work, dedication and maybe a little bit of luck.

So here we have a woman who's lived all over the United States of America, ( Atlanta, Florida, Washington, North Carolina, Virginia ), she's graduated from high school and she has no idea what she wants to do with her life. She plays in a couple of bands, travels to Europe, does the whole finding herself cliche, but eventually, she does. She finds her passion, she finds wrestling.

This book explains everything from her relationship with her on/off boyfriend of the last four years, fellow wrestler, Matt Hardy, her passion for the business, her days as a rocker and her love for animals. Everything you wanted to know about this young woman is present in this autobiography -- and more.

If you are a Lita fan; you'll love this. If you are a wrestling fan; you will appreciate this. If you are a reader; you should read this.

This WWE Diva is back and better than ever in the ring, she is at the top of the ladder of success, and she is still climbing and enjoying every moment of it.

Summary: Best WWE Biography
Review: This book is a great read for any long time or new time Lita/Amy Dumas fan! She is inspiring and the book in itself is just straight forward and not everything is glistened up to be perfect. From her secret life in the world of Mexican wrestling, to her road to the WWF, and her mere recovery of a broken neck. This woman has done it all. From revolutionizing women's wrestling, to defying new heights. She has become one of the top women's. She plays a key role model to young adults, by showing her fans that by being yourself true can do whatever you set your mind to. I myself am a long time Lita/Amy Dumas fan and this book has given me a better outlook in life, and somewhat a mere glimpse into Amy Dumas's life.
Great book purchase it if you are a Lita/ Amy Dumas fan, I am sure you will enjoy it.

Summary: Why was this even written?
Review: This is one of the worst books ever written in the now infamous wrestling autobiography genre. I don't understand why Lita wrote an autobiography. What has she done? Its like I broke my neck so buy my book. This is a useless poorly written book about some girl with a man tattoo who stalks punk bands across the story. It is a very painful read. I don't recommend this book to anyone unless you are a fan of punk band stalkers who write poorly.

Seriously I understand that it is a new fad to write a book now. People change their socks these days as fast as they write books and some of them are just pure crap. This is one of them.

Summary: a good (but not great) wrestling book
Review: This is the first biography that I have read of a female wrestler (I've either missed or avoided the biographies of Chyna, Missy Hyatte, and Moolah). I was interested to see what kind of road a woman takes to get to the WWE and how she became interested in wrestling. Lita is one of the more popular woman wrestlers today (second to Trish Stratus) and for some time she was teamed up with the Hardy Boyz (and real life boyfriend Matt Hardy). This book is co-authored by Michael Krugman. Krugman was the co-author of the Hardy Boyz biography.

Amy Dumas was always a free spirit, and as a kid she found her identity in the punk-rock music scene. This has formed her attitudes (in a positive way, she discovered some positive punk music) and later this has formed her wrestling character. One day she was watching WCW with a boyfriend and was blown away by the cruiserweight division, specifically Rey Mysterio. She decided that was something she would like to do (wrestle, not be a female valet) and went down to Mexico and get some training. From the point that Amy decides that she wants to wrestle, you can guess how much of the book is going to go. Amy is a little full of herself as a wrestler (as well as a high view of some of her ideas for wrestling), but what makes this book different from many other wrestling biographies is Amy's positive attitude. She is very positive about her role in the WWE, what she wants to do in life, and this attitude comes through in the book. The biography is written in a highly readable style and it flows smoothly. Some highlights were reading about Amy's experience on Fear Factor and The Weakest Link. She had an interesting perspective on the shows. Actually, she has an interesting perspective on the entire wrestling business.

This was a surprisingly interesting book that may appeal to people who are not wrestling fans. I'm not sure if I would put this at the top echelon of the wrestling biography (Mick Foley, Jerry Lawler), but I would certainly place this above Roddy Piper's book and far above Hulk Hogan's. It is a simple read, but interesting all the same.

Summary: Lita's Fan
Review: This the best book i ever read. I am a big fan of Lita and of this book. Once you start to read this book you will not want to put it down. You think it will be about her becomeing a wrestler, but its so much more. It tells about her first job and her first house. Then it tells about her love, her dog, Cody. I loved it so much. I recommend this book for everyone.
