Summary: Have a Nice Night, Because You Won't Put It Down!
Review: Mick Foley did an excellent job of intertwining his personal life and his wrestling persona, in his first book, peppering it with humor and a nice use of language. Every single page had me wanting to turn to the very next. I could not put it down. I have a whole new respect for his entertaining sport, and the men who rule it. He never dwelled on anything too much, and his explanations of the behind-the-scenes action was remarkable. This is a must read for every fan of professional wrestling, as well as anyone whoever wanted something so bad, they wouldn't give up. Mick never let go of his dream. I promise you that you will not let go of this book.

Summary: Mick Foley: Life's Babyface?
Review: I respect Mick Foley as much as anyone in the wrestling business, both for the willing giving of his body and also his tremendous sense of humor. All of that comes through in this book as it is enthralling, easy to read and hard to put down. It is NOT a tell-all exposing the secrets of the wrestling business and if you are looking for more of a behind the scenes look I highly recommend "Pure Dynamite" written by Dynamite Kid. My lone criticism of this book stems from comments made by Shane Douglas that I tend to agree with. Mick Foley certainly paints himself as the good guy in every sitaution who did it almost all on his own. According to the book Mick never wrongs anybody and is always the victim. I doubt that it unfolded that way in real life. But, then again this is his book and a damn good one at that. Definately worth the money, but should be taken with a grain of salt.

Review: I only have one thing to say about this book and that is if you want to know about life as a wrestler you have to pay the money to order it...

Review: It is the BEST book I have ever read. I am not the kind of person that likes to read but I couldn't get off this book. I just finished it and I recommend it to anyone. It is like you are sitting down with Mick going over his life. Great Book.

Summary: The Best Book EVER
Review: I hate reading. If there is one thing in this world that I hate more than anything, it's reading. But with this book, I could not stop reading it. I spent about 4 hours straight on it every day till I finished this great book! I've never enjoyed a book this much. This is the greatest book I've ever read in my whole life. With this book, I forgot all about how much I hated reading, and I read every word. Twice. This book is truly the greatest book I've ever read in my whole life, and I highly recommend it to anyone. It doesn't matter if your a wrestling fan. It doesn't matter if your not a wrestling fan. It doesn't matter if your a midget in a speedo. It just... doesn't... matter! This is a great book, and you won't be sorry if you purchase it.

Review: I thought the book was great but it could of done without some of the extra stuff like the time he went to disny he wrote a whole chapter on disney he should of made not fun of Al Snow [he is my favorite wrestler] i found that ever time i turned the page he was getting hurt i thought the book was great

Summary: A Great Read
Review: This book is great for anyone who wants to read a book about a guy who gave his blood, sweat and tears to do what he loved to do. At many times in this book I just burst out laughing. The stories of Mick Foley's 17 hour hitchhike to Madison Square Garden to see his hero wrestle really gave me new incite about how a little event can shape the rest of your life. After reading this I gained a new respect for Wrestlers and what they have to do to get the fans to like or hate them. So if you don't want to have a great time reading a great book that you'll probably enjoy (Wrestling and Nonwrestling fans alike) then don't buy this book.
