Summary: Finally, The Rock has hit Number One on the book charts!
Review: Last night at the Royal Rumble, 29 jabronis were ousted. And in this book, The Rock tells you about everything he went through to get this far. No matter how many times he had to layeth the smacketh down on the trailer trash jabronis, The Rock tells all on how he got one rung below Austin. Like Mick Foley, Dwayne Johnson went through a lot of low-income hardships, like his "stint" with the CFL, and his lifestyle out of the ring. It's a great book (though it's half as long as Foley's), and I hope he's the Champion after Wrestlemania!

Summary: My Book
Review: My book details my life in depth, so all you jabroni's out there order my book, IF YOU SMELL WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKING!

Summary: It was great!
Review: Personally, I thought this book was great, and I'm sorry to say, but I found Mankind's book very boring. For all of you who think that the book is bad because he didn't write it, I think that's a very stupid reason to not like the book, maybe he just doesn't have very good writing skills. But I did find this book very entertaining, and I couldn't put it down. And for you people who think the book was not put into "The Rock's words", that's because the book was about Dwayne Johnson, and those are two different people. If you haven't read this book I really suggest you do because I think he has led a very interesting life, and the book is so cool!

Summary: Best book I ever read
Review: It was a very good book I would recommend it to wrestling fans and people who know nothing about wrestling

Summary: My two cents
Review: Ok, I've read all the reviews and I'm getting really confused as to whether or not you guys are all reading the same book. I just want to throw in my two cents. The Rock's book is rather decent. I personally wasn't aware of all the background that The Rock had, even though the book doesn't exactely go into it in the detail that Mick Foley does in his wonderfully written novel, Have a Nice Day. The Rock's book is still considerably well-written considering the fact that it was done with a ghost writer. Personally, I found everything interesting from cover-to-cover. If you really enjoy The Rock persona but also wish to learn more about the wrestler, then this is a book you should buy. If you want to read more about wrestling and the stories that old pros have to share, then get Mick Foley's book. His book is filled with many good anecdotes. Final call is that I enjoyed the Rock's book. My only two complaints were that it was was 1) too short (it took me less than a day to finish) and 2) I bought Mick Foley's book first so I was a bit disappointed when The Rock failed to go into the detail that Mankind did. Those are the only reasons why I gave it four instead of five stars

Summary: The Greatest Wrestler/Man of the 90s!
Review: I read the Rock's book just over the past two weeks during my spare time and I loved it. It gives a real insight to what his life is like, has been like and wants to be like in the future. I watch wrestling every Monday and Thursday night, I dont miss a show. The main reason I watch is due to The Rock's electrifying attitude, charisma and stamina. In his book, The Rock gives vivid tales of his life and what it has been like. This is a "must read" book. It is worth every penny it costs. I hope many people get the chance to read this book. Not only is The Rock the most electrifying man in sports entertainment but also one of the most electrifying men on the 90s. I am positive this man will acheive even more success in the upcoming Millenium. Read The Rock says......and learn about this wonderful wrestler and the story of his life.

Summary: Totally ignorant
Review: The Rock is the worst professional wrestler to date! He had a ghost writer write the book for him. But, the Rock, not known for being perticularly smart, has provided a good book nonetheless. But whoever likes the Rock is just succumbing to one's sense of belonging, not individualism. In other words, they are like lemmings, just walking with the rest of the group off the edge of a cliff!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The Most electrifying man in literature.
Review: I've read the Rock's book and it was great. The only problem I found with it though is I don't really think it's in the Rock's words. It was pretty funny at times and made me burst out laughing on many occasions.Anyone who read Mankind's book would love the Rock's. Both books are great. If you like wrestling you'll love to hear about the business and how hard wrestlers lives are behind the scenes. I would recommend this book to wrestling lovers.

Summary: Rock Says
Review: The Rock "wrote" not only an excellent survey of the changes in professional wrestling in the last 30 years but a very realistic heartfelt memoir of his own life. It is a powerful look at what it personally takes to excel in the world of college and professional sports. His story is also one of overcoming the biases against bi-racial and ethnically mixed heritages. I would suggest this book not only to wrestling fans but to teens (males and females) as an inspiring look of how to succeed no matter what the odds maybe.
