Summary: great tape
Review: I was impressed with this tape. Rita Moreno chimes in with tips and encouragement from time to time, but never often enough to be annoying. The music is forgettable, but that's exactly what I want in a workout - I've noticed that in workouts that use popular music, within a week or so I can't hear the song on the radio without thinking of the workout moves that go along with it, and the song is ruined forever. The music is just enough background to provide the proper beat without interfering with my thoughts. The beginner's side is a bit slow, which would definitely be beneficial to a beginner intimidated by more strenuous exercises. The intermediate side could last for a long time if extra movements are incorporated as it becomes too easy (more vigorous arm swings, larger steps, etc.) It is almost fast enough for an easy jog.
My only question is that the entire tape is labeled "Tape 1". Possibly there are more tapes planned for advanced levels? It would be nice to know that there is another version for when both sides eventually become routine.

The pace of walking is great and can be made as fast as you would like. The woman who talks though out the tape also says something right when I need it some encouragement. And the walk does last 30 minutes. I found this to be very good and keeps you on track.

You are told when you are halfway through the walk, so you know when to go back. Rita Moreno reminds you about posture and pacing and times a pulse count about halfway through. It was just perfect for me.
