Rating: Summary: Wonderful Combination of Science Fiction and Fantasy Review: The Wyverinia Chronicle written by Sean D. Schaffer is a unique book that speaks to the reader in numerous ways. The author displays an extraordinary imagination and ability to bring his talent out on paper. Throughout this book he shows the reader the importance of religion and prayer. In most books the typical main characters are that of human beings, but Sean D. Schaffer has successfully made his main character a dragon. Filled from page to page with dragons, dactyls, unicorns and humans, he tells the story of a prejudice war that extends over several generations. He takes the reader through years of hostile fighting, and ends his writing with a moral that many readers will interpret as long over due. The Wyverinia Chronicle is a novel that speaks of our current days and the existence of prejudice, the lack of belief in prayer, a person's ability to forgive and the fact that no one is more valuable than the next.
Sean D. Schaffer has written a wonderful book and I would like to encourage him to continue his writing skills.
If you enjoy reading a novel that has a combination of fantasy and science fiction then I would highly recommend this book.

Rating: Summary: Wonderful book! Review: This story was a wonderful journey to the land of Wyverinia, following the lives of the many very unique and interesting characters. The strong Christian aspect of the storyline was a different, but refreshing approach to a genre that generally revolves around author-created gods. As a former Presbyterian Elder and Sunday School teacher, I think this would make a wonderful educational tool for young adults, probably junior high to high-school level, due to the mild violence. All in all this story was touching, funny and intelligent. I would definitely recommend it to friends.
