Review: Cazaril is a broken man. He was broken when he became a galley slave. He has escaped and now he wants only to be a servant at a lord's house he used to live in. But one thing leads to another and he becomes a lord. He also gets a wife. "I am too old for you. Don't waste yourself on me." says he. " I don't think you're old. Without your beard you look much younger." quoth she. A delightful ending filled with wry humour typical of the author.
I think all readers will enjoy this tale which has a bit of magic, a bit of mystery, a bit of romance, a bit of humour and a bit of suspense; all packed together for your enjoyment.
