Review: I just got this book last week and almost called in sick to finish reading it the first time. I'm halfway through it again, I liked it that much. I can see it play out like a move in my head (SO gotta get Kevin Bacon to star in this!) Mrs. Stratton "gets" us fat chicks. She also has a great sense of humor, and does her homework! A lot of the serious information is based on historical fact, and she tells it like it is. If you are, or ever have been fat or searching for your faith, or both - you really have got to read this book. Even guys (fat or not) would like it. Not a book for kids.
