Review: Although still falling short of the concept of a Toy Battle System, where any toy could be integrated into a Warhammer like game system, the second volume in the Giant Monster Rampage system, completes the GMR system. This volume includes everything I found lacking in the original.

Includes new monster powers, new types of monsters, rules for playing the military side, and rules for creating your own powers.

A very fulfilling volume, that could have been combined with the first to produce a five rating.
