Rating: Summary: Why can't the Avengers have their own trilogy? Review: After all, the X-Men have several. This is a review of book#1 (the data base tends to mix them all together.) Greg Cox reminds me of Roy Thomas writing Marvel comics in the 60's and 70's. He can take the Marvel characters and advance them a step further while maintaining their original essence and actually improve on them. I never really liked the Hulk and Iron Man that much until I read this book. I also liked his approach to the relationship between the post-divorce Vision and Scarlet Witch. The climax battle at Niagra Falls is awesome; it is as vivid as an actual comic book while supplying details that could only be described in prose. It takes a good writer to do that.

Rating: Summary: Too Rushed to end the trilogy. Review: Book two had too much action and not enough character developemt, here in the end of the trilogy, Greg tried to wrap everything up but the final revelation on why the Leader did what he did was unconvinceing. So was the characterization of many of the X-Men and the Avengers, they seemed a bit out of character. I have liked Greg's writing in the Marvel Novels, but this trilogy fell apart midway through and he was not able to finish the story in a good way.
Rating: Summary: Well worth the wait. Review: Greg Cox does his best writing for Marvel to date with this novel. He has done an excellent job of keeping us in suspence by revealing only one of the villians near the end of this episode. The seven characters he has chosen for the search party looks to be an interesting interaction for the rest of the trilogy. The trio of captives has given us fantastic reading already (nice slam Wanda). I would give this novel four & a half stars if I could. However, this Hulk's mental capabilities confused me in light of other works recently published. That being my only real problem, I shout, "Buy this book! It is EXCELLENT!" Maybe books 2&3 will clear up my doubts.
Rating: Summary: The Action Novel of the Year! Review: I absolutely loved this book and I will recomend this book series to anyone who reads X-men books. This is pure action with The Hulk and Captain America kickin some real butt. The first book is just as good even though it has a slow start but read it cause this 2nd book is the best. But MY GOD you just have to read this! Thanx for readin!
Rating: Summary: Lost and Found Review: I have only read the first 40 pages of this book and I had to return it. Can they make books any worse? ... When dolls started coming to life I had to question the author's intelligence, when Wolverine got attacked by rapidly regenerating deer I laughed. When a T-shirt attacked Rogue, I had to set the book aside and call it quits on this testament to stupidity. Superheroes may be for the younger audience, but superhero novels are not. I am used to very good plot lines in comics and ESPECIALLY novels. This is the stupidest book I have ever started, well... aside from The Giver, Holes, and Walk Two Moons, and I am sure the other two novels are just as bad if not worse... Please don't buy this book unless you would like to laugh at the publisher for accepting the [stuff] that Greg Cox handed to them. Good Day.
Rating: Summary: CLASSIC Review: I have witnessed some great battles. Like the battle of five armies in the hobbit. The battle at Helms Deep in The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers. The battle between Luke and Darth Vader. The countless battle that took place during the Age of Apocolypse storyline. The battle between the X-men, The Avengers and The Hulk definetly rates among these great battles.
Rating: Summary: amazing Review: I love this book. I love the Gamma Quest Trilogy. what a fine ending to the Gamma Quest storyline.I admit i'm disappointed not all of the active Avengers are included into the three books.
Rating: Summary: x-men, avengers always great action Review: I really like the action in this book. Escpecially the fight at Niagra Falls between the x-men, the avengers , and the incredible hulk. That was a classic battle.
Rating: Summary: The super skrull is wicked Review: I was very impressed with the super skrull. Along with having shape shifting abilities, he has the power of all four members of the fantastic four. Those powers coupled with the x-men, avengers, and hulk's powers. There was nothing else to call him but ultimate skrull. I also really enjoyed in the end how Scarlet Witch and Rogue put aside there differences after all they had been through. Especially since Wanda also remembered that she to had a checkered past.
