Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The 1st of a GREAT series
Review: It was a marvelous book. I loved it. It had funny characters such as Heck, and other wonderful characters. It is a great story that took place in the future. It is well written and well worth your money, I really enjoyed it.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Sci Fi Christan Style
Review: This is the first book in a series of ten about the voyages of the Daystar, a ship built from scrap that takes on, and completes missions that are to "delicate" for the rest of the Intergalatic Fleet. Captian Edge is a man of many talents, a former "scoundrel", rather like Han Solo. However, instead of having to deal with a 3 meter tall furry creature, Edge's problem is a motley crew of Academy rejects.. Collectively known as the "Junior Space Rangers". Their unofficial leader is a girl of 15 named Jerusha Ericson. She is a general expert of spacecraft, and has an uncanny ability to know what people are thinking. Then next individual is Raina St. Clair, a small girl of 14, communications expert. The third is Mei-Lani, an oriental girl of thirteen years. She is an expert in Languages and history. Then there is Heck Jordan, Electronics; Ringo Smith, Computers; and Dai Bando, a very strong and fast individual. As the beginning book of the series, this book sets the entire tone for the series. Captian Edge, and most of the crew, are not Christians. However, most of the rangers are. Their mission? Avoid Sir Richard Irons, and make themselves rich. Along the way, they learn mercy, forgiveness, and the value of honesty.
