Summary: brilliant
Review: this book is awesome. i recommend it to all christian friends. the way he took the spiritual war and placed it into that kind of a perspective, i felt like i knew the people on a personal level. this is one of the only books i ever got that caught up in. to feel the righteous presence of the divine, the terrible pride of the fallen. caught in both dimensions. Mr.Beale has an excellent way of writing. it gives you a point on the view from heaven:)

Review: this book was really great because it offered a different perspective. it showed the effects on not only the person directly affected, but also the family of that person. here's hoping mr. beale writes another book.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Definitely a must read
Review: What a sad thing to once again see people using this forum for the airing of their own views and doctrines, such as the "self proclaimed atheist" did earlier. Book review, people, not soapbox. Unless this is Atheism 101, it really doesn't fit here. The book itself speaks well of Christianity in general, as well as the the battle that does exist for our souls in the supernatural realm. I would recommend it highly to anyone looking for The Way, the Truth and The Life. Is it set in a fantasy type setting? Yes. Why? Well generally people dont storm the Gates of Heaven every day. Thats why they call it symbolism. The subject is very real - the way in which it is presented is symbolic for the most part. Read it and see for yourself! I, for one, was given an entirely new view of my walk with Jesus Christ and the importance He places on me as one of His children, as well as the ability ALL OF US have to be one of His children as well.
As I said, read the book and see for yourself!
