Rating: Summary: It was a piontless mission but it's a fun book! Review: Cpaw back again. This is a prity good Animorphs. Cassie and co. discover that the most secret place an earth, Zone91, has proof of alein life. They deside to check it out in Horse morph, but the yeerks have also herd abuot zone91, and since they can't morph horses (except Visser 3) they infest some and a herd of Animorph, yeerk and normal horses end up charging through the base at the same time! The find the alein ? but no-one knows what it is - untill, after escaping being killed by the yeerks and getting out of Z91, Ax tells the Animorphs that the thing is an old Andalite toliet! Then the yeerks deside to infest some of the Zone91 people and the Animorphs have to stop them. One of the funniest ani books, but there's a few little mistakes. On the cover, Cassie morphs a brown horse, but Max, the racehorse she morphs is described as a Palomino. Also, the race Cassie was in sounded like a Thoroughbred race (as oposed to a race between Quater Horses) and Thoroughbreds don't come in Palomino colour. But it's a great book anyway!
Rating: Summary: I got this book!!!!! Review: I got it I got it I got it!! It is SO GOOD. The plot starts out kind of cheesy, but it gets really funny fast!! You guys won't believe what the Animorphs find! I was laughing so hard when I read it and everyone was staring at me, but that was okay. Do you want to hear what they find? Sorry, I'm not going to go and spoil the ending. If you watch X-Files, you'll REALLY like this book. Marco tells a security guy that his name is Fox Mulder, and Rachel calls herself Dana Scully. You don't even want to know what Cassie comes up with for herself. Well, gotta go! See-ya-bye! Juliana
Rating: Summary: The funniest book. Review: I think this is one of the funniest Animorphs book I have read. I think it's funny that the top-secret thing that the guards in Zone 91are guarding is a toilet. And when Cassie, Marco, and Rachel gave their fake names. It's dumb that Captain Torrelli couldn't figure that Cindy Crawford, Fox Mulder, and Dana Scully were just names that the three kids made up so they wouldn't get in trouble. I liked when Cassie said her phone number was 12345678 and Rachel gave the Pizza Hut delivery phone number. Right now I'm reading " The Warning." It's pretty cool.
Rating: Summary: Awesome book! Review: Oh yeah!! This is the best Animorphs book ever. Not only is my favorite character Cassie in it, but they morph horses. I love horses! They rock my world! Anyway, a great complicated plot with good details. The pictures form in your head very well. A absolute MUST HAVE for all Animorphs fans!!
Rating: Summary: Funniest book of the series!!!! Review: Okay, it wasn't the most serious or plot advancing book in the world but it was definitley one of the funniest. When I bought this book I thought it wouldn't be as good as the other books because I don't like horses that much but I was wrong. In this book Cassie sees a horse acting strangley and they go and break into this Military place(Zone 91) where she saw the horse. They find out that there is proof of aliens existing in Zone 91 but its not what you think it is.. Deserves each star.
Rating: Summary: Awesome book! Review: There's a new rumor in town. Someone has discovered an item that proves life on other planets exists. And they've been hiding it on a base called Zone 91--the most secret place on earth. Cassie, the other Animorphs, and Ax already know about life on other planets. They realize that the Yeerks will try to access Zone 91 to find out if what's there will threaten their mission. So the Animorphs decide to pay Zone 91 and the Yeerks a little visit. But what they discover is not at all what they expect.
Rating: Summary: Reader Over 25 Review: While this isn't the most gripping plot written for the Animorphs there's a great deal of tongue-in-cheek humor in it. The mission is to spy on horses which have been infested by Yeerks (see Animorphs 1: The Invasion). To what end, they can't imagine, but it obviously has something to do with "The Holy Grail of Conspiracy nuts" Zone 91. This spoof of Area 51 is a high security military base which is guarding The Most Secret Thing on Earth. Notice the importance stressed by every first letter being capitalized. Some of the other reviews mention what it is, but I'm not going to spoil the fun if you're about to read the book. It turns out to obviously be an alien artifact, and the Yeerks want it so they can wipe out any and all proof that humans might make a connection that there really is alien life in the universe. The Animorphs go through an interesting process of acquiring the DNA of race horses so they can morph into them and infiltrate the dreaded Zone 91, involving explaining Ax as a blue horse. "Someday all horses will be blue," they lamely explain as they're caught, are forced to scatter, and Cassie ends up on the race track. The plot isn't the strongest in this one, but the book is simply a lot of fun. Cassie gets a bit more development in the fact she simply is not the coolest person under fire, which leads to even more humor. Marco, as always is the witty one with the quick logic to make the insane suddenly wise. For people who may have enjoyed X-Files and similar programs, but don't take the Area 51 conspiracy theory too seriously, this is a great, quick read, full of good laughs.
