Summary: Amazing Animal People
Review: For everyone who wants to learn how to draw animal/human hybrids this is a fantastic book for reference! I will warn you I do not think this book is for beginners. The techniques are a bit more advanced, but if you have a basic understanding of drawing human anatomy then this is a good step in a different direction. You will more than likely need other books of reference for animal features. For the fans who have been buying the Drawing Manga series and who are wanting to learn to draw the Cat-people this is a perfect book. The Cat-people section is simply amazing! This book touches on the Manga style a little but it is primarily a book more in the American style of comic art. There are many different animal-human hybrids in this book. Ranging from domestic and predatory cats, domestic and wild dogs/wolves, lizard/reptiles, insects, elephants, primates and a whole other myriad of human/animal combinations. If you are a fan of mutants, lycanthrops and other strange things I definately recommend this book to everyone! Please remember though, this is not a book for beginners, it's a good reference point for the intermediate and advanced artists, but even if you are a beginner it's worth the money either way!

Summary: Freak-a-Deaky
Review: Great Book! The title is a little misleading, Fantasy makes me think of Hobbits and Trolls, but this book is all about Animal People or Animorphs. Great art, great instructions, and helpful advice.

Summary: Animal People Fun
Review: I bought this book for my 12 year old son because he loves to draw comic book and video game characters. I was surprised at how well his drawings improved by just using some of the simple advice from the author. It is neat to see him come home from school and go into his room to draw instead of immediately turning on the tv or a video game.
