Summary: Last Chance Out
Review: For my birthday I saw the book The Last Chance Out on the internet [and] had my mom order this book ... and let me tell you how great it was.
It is a story about these kids racing from the evil raptors called the Saurs and how they try to get away from them. I think the dinosaurs are so cool because these guys can think and talk which i thought was great and i think it is neat on how if you get biten by one you change into one just like Dracula.
The USA is pretty messed up because of a great war so some towns are gone and others are still standing. I thought the Saur were the coolest because you have the raptors who are the brains, the spitters who are like the soliders only without the frills, there are flyers who look for people and the extra smart raptors like Crowdon and Gous.
I liked the chases at the very end and i promise not to ruin the ending but you'll love it. 10-4.
I can't wait for the authors next book, ... What I also liked was it was written by a kid like me.

Summary: A Great Dinosaur story
Review: I just finished reading the LAST CHANCE OUT and I want every one I know to read it. Its just as good as Jurrassic Park and it has talking raptors. WW3 has messed up the world and survivors are now trying to get off the planet without getting eaten. It should make a great movie and I can't waiting to read Staci Rizners second book when it get out. Harry Potter who?

Summary: Last Chance Out
Review: I thought the books was really great because it was written by a teen for a teen. It wasn't some weak love story but more of a Indainia Jones type adventure that keeps you glued to the book. I couldn't put it down. The Saurs were neat as they use to be people and I think it would make a great movie.
The book is bout these kids that leave South Carolina after World War Three and are being chased by different types of talking dinosaurs. There atre raptors, spitters, flyers, and super raptors all of who can talk and think like we do. The Saur want to take over the world and for the humans to be slaves and food for them. Because of the war the planet is pretty messed up and the humans are running to get onto space shuttles to get to safety. The book has several neat people in it like Staci, Howie, and Mark and several neat dinosaurs like Axer, Veregone, and Gous.
I think everyone should buy a copy because it shows what a kid can do and its a neat book.

Review: Staci Rizner's Last Chance Out is an action-packed thrill ride! Once you start reading it, you don't want to put it down! The protagonists Staci, Howie, Mark, Craig, and a few others are ordinary teenagers thrust into an extraordinary situation. World War III has left most of the United States in ruins. Those people that are still alive not only have to contend with radiation, they also have to deal with an unexpected threat: dinosaurs who once more roam the earth! Are these "Saurs" the creatures from the past, or something completely different? Find out by reading the book!

Summary: Jurrassic Park move over, a great dino book to share space
Review: The story is worthy of a movie producers notice as this book involves talking dinosaurs and they are not your cute cuddly ones. There are dilpos or spitters who are hunters who work for the raptors. There are also flyers who are the airforce for the talking dinosaurs or Saurs for short.
The story starts in South Carolina where teenagers have to leave their town a head into outer space for safety. As less shuttles leave they are forced to head further north going along interstate 95. On thier heels are the Saur who are also heading north hoping to enslave the humans. The Saurs can change you into one with a bite or as Father John learned, they can turn you into lunch.
Along the way there are problems the teens must solve and the troubles the Saur have among thier ranks. The raptors act like the ones in Jurassic Park movies and I wish that this book becomes a movie. I was surprised to find out this book was written by a 14 year old girl and loved this one part in the book. "Do you know what I like about humans" This one raptor said, "They taste like chicken."
The book races along the lines of your adventure movies and you can't put it down. Its easy to read and doesn't slow you down with alot of technical garbage. This non stop adventure brings you head long into diasater as the teen stop in the Saurs final trap. This is a nailing biting edge of your seat novel that ranks up there with Micheal Critton. How can i write this author?

Summary: Jurassic fiction with a bite
Review: When I was on vacation I met the author at a Waldensbook store in Coumbia, SC. She was a neat person to talk to and listen to my ideas as she helped me learn about writing.
The book is a great sci-fi story involving my favorite dinosaurs the velociraptors who can talk and think. Also they can change a human into one of them with one bite. There are also the dilposaurs or spitters who are helping the raptors and flyers also. I like the Staci part because she does things I would do and it shows that girls can be leaders too. But as the story goes you learn alot about each of the characters and their problems. I felt sorry for a couple of people in there but on a whole, its a great book for everyone. It is where Jurrassic Park should go next
