The book starts in another world, where magic is common place. A war has just finished between the King of Poke's magician and the evil witch Wanda. Edmond the court magician has just discovered that Wanda has escaped through a dimisial tunnel to our world. It has been decided to send the Pricess of Poke Gina, a magician in training to our world to battle and defeat the witch. Also while she is here, her secondary mission to to learn about our strange custom of christmas. While compleating her missions, Gina meets up with one of Santa's elves named Davy. The joining of Gina and Davy create a hilarious and romatic adventure that is sure to spark the interest of anyone
