If you follow the advice in this book, you'll know your character better than you know yourself.

Perhaps 33% of the book is specific to Silver Age Sentinels. This book would be valuable for any superhero campaign, no matter what system you use. It would be especially valuable for GMs running Champions or Blood of Heroes who feel their players are building character sheets, not characters.
