Summary: A Magical Peace Flower for All The Family
Review: Peace Flower is a beautiful and inspiring story for the entire family, which can be read from the age of ten to a hundred and ten. It will delight young and old both for its exciting story, and its deep levels of metaphorical truths relevant to our times.

The book presents an imaginative tale of fantastic adventures in space, to find the magical "Peace Flower" and bring it back to earth as it does not yet exist in our present. Lee and Ronni, two brave children, face the terrible nuclear giant Nuki, who tries to stop them from bringing the magical peace flower to our earth. If they do, they will have the opportunity to put Nuki, back into his box, and end war forever. They travel the universe, past, present and future in a fantastic ultra Hi Tech comic vehicle called Muzi, guided by Petra, the smart and resourceful sister of Peter Pan.

When Lee and Roni, at the suggestion of wise scientist Bayles, go on their dangerous and urgent mission to find the Peace Flower, which can only be found in Esperia, the Land of the Future, they symbolize our hope that the next generation will be able to create a better and safer environment on earth, and a world beyond war.

Lee and Roni have to bring the Peace Flower to the Present on earth, to save the world from the danger of a global nuclear war, symbolized by the dreadful clutches of Nuki - the Giant Nuclear Dragon, who vows to totally destroy the world. During their extraordinary adventures in space, they meet fantastic creatures, and some major characters from literature and art, who help them to finally triumph and realize their goal of bringing the longed for trophy of peace on earth.

This book is a story of hope from one of the world's best known peacemakers, Ada Aharoni. It is an exciting and revealing tale that illuminates some of the major issues in our own lives such as war and peace. It teaches the values and lessons of caring, understanding, and making a difference in the world. It is one of the most important books for young adults as well as for all ages written in our times. It is a book for the here and now, as well as for posterity.

This book has been adopted by schools and colleges all over the world, in classes and programs, as well as in various educational forums of peace studies. It is also a spoken book, available on tape by Ladybug Publications, Ca.

Various institutions and journals have lauded this book, among them the Ministry of Education: "Peace Flower" is a still more wonderful and revolutionary contribution to children's literature than Harry Popper. It teaches caring, love and involvement. It should be taught all over our global village, and read by all.

New Waves comments: This book is a magical and an innovative masterpiece for young and old. The delightful and fantastic ultra- hi- tech space car Muzi, talks and winks, and it whizzes us together with the heroine Lee and her friend Roni - symbolic of the new generation - into a world beyond war. It is a must for all the family, and highly recommended. It is full of humor and will be loved by all.
