Summary: A very good book...
Review: This book was a very logical and entertaining follow-up to the white regiment which was also a very good read. The chararcters were mainly preset from the preceding book, but they were expanded and made more real in this book. The T'sel is fascinating to me, and I can't get enough of it. I really would love to see this series contiuned. The Kalif's War was also extremely interesting, giving the political side of war and running a nation/world/empire. I can't wait for the next book in this fantastic universe from John Dalmas
