Summary: One of the most exciting, funny and enthralling books around
Review: I am a great fan of seaQuest and this book was to me a wonderful extension of the show. It was so funny it made me laugh out loud. The characters really came alive and it did a great job of bringing the seaQuest spirit to the paperback world

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: A Good Book that SeaQuest fans will enjoy
Review: I liked this book better than the last reviewer.I think the best compliment I can give for this book is the author really has the characters personalities down pat.A very interesting story line and complete with a well developed villian.. A true must have for any SeaQuest fan..

Summary: I've seen better fanfiction stories
Review: i was extremely disappointed by this book. The story jumped around too much and made so little sense that it was too hard to even try to follow. the ending was equally disappointing, seeing as it was unexpected, but not in a good way. however, the series rocks, so i had to give it 3 stars just for the name.

Summary: Out There, In A Good Way!
Review: One thing for sure, I loved the story, the whole idea was a really interesting one. I also loved to see Lucas as a main character in it. He really added something special to the show, and he does so with the books as well. The only gripe is, I would have liked to have seen more Lucas/Bridger interaction, and more Lucas/Ben. Both pairs always had interesting moments. Ben/Katie moments were classic too. Why, oh why did they screw up after the first season? Second wasn't bad, though you missed Ben, Katie and the Doc...and the Chief was cool, but the third season totally [stunk].
Anyway, great first season book. A definate read for Questies.

Summary: Great SeaQuest reading
Review: This book is as well-written as any television based novel I have read. As noted in the review below, the author has the characters down pat. Very enjoyable read, if you take it for what it is (a short television novel). Don't expect a Hugo or Nebula award-winner. For all SeaQuest fans, read and enjoy!

Summary: Iffy book
Review: This book was pretty good when I read it. Sort of a departure from the series when I first read it. If you're familiar with the show then I'd definitely get. Relies a lot on first season characters.
