Summary: An excellent ending to an excellent series
Review: I've always liked Mike Resnick's books and I feel that this, the final book in the Widowmaker series, wraps up the series very nicely.

This book tells the tale of the original Widowmaker, now fully healed and recovered, as he attempts to retire and live out the rest of his days in peace. Unfortunately people have gotten wind that the Widowmaker has returned and soon come hunting for him, hoping to make a name for themselves by killing the most famous bounty hunter in history.

This tale of a more mature, older, slower, but infinitely wiser version of the Widowmaker is truly a fitting conclusion to a great series. The larger than life feeling of the Widowmaker is still present as it has been throughout the series and the manner of storytelling is still as grand as ever. A great read and basically a must for those who have read the first two books.
