Summary: Mizruchi is an intelligent and thoughtful writer
Review: I have studied extensivly with Susan Mizruchi at Boston University, and found her to be an intelligent and thoughtful writer. Her other essays and writing that I've encountered are first class analysis, and I find it hard to imagine that this book is any different. I think the reader in the previous review probably didn't give it the thought it deserved.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: disappointing read
Review: Mizruchi does not delve deep enough into the issue. This is a cursory analysis that is not worth reading. Her jargon-laden superficial arguments were rudimentary and yet difficult to comprehend. I highly recommend you do not buy this book unless you need something to prop up a corner of your desk.
