Rating: 4 stars
Summary: to live and die in thieves world
Review: I was just a lad when I first read the Thieves World series. Even then I knew that these books were special. The thing I like most about these books is the way that the point of view changes with the characters. The authors have this carefully nurtured rivalry amongst thier pet charactors Which makes these books anything but predictable.

I remember reading a little inscription in one of the Thieves World novels which says it all, "you write your first thieves world novel for money. you write the next one for revenge."

If you enjoy fantasy and you can manage to get your hands on a copy of a Thieves World novel you will not be disapointed. The Thieves World novels had it all long before Dragon Lance oozed onto the book shelves
