Summary: A Good Mix of Villians
Review: I remember buying the 2e book of the same (similar name) many years back and hoping it would give me some pre-made, backgrounded bad guys (and girls) that I could slot into my campaigns...and how dissapointed I was...Bastion Press have come up with the exact product I was hoping to see last time out, detailed villains from front to back with a small section on new magic items and creatures, the majority of the book is dedicated to the Villians, with about 3-4 pages for each one covering their stats, spells, skills, equipments, traits and history. On top of this there are some excellent tips for each Villian on how to insert that character into various levels of play to make it challenging for all levels of players. The levels of the villians also range greatly and mean there is something for everyone, art work is great and page layout is up to Bastions usual high standards. Well worth the cost.
