Rating: Summary: Not a bad diversion Review: A surprisingly good pulpy read, especially considering the idea is originally from a video game. Author Forstchen has some fun and pulls off the many battle scenes with pizazz
Rating: Summary: The Best WC Book Yet Review: An excellent book providing the reading with non-stop action. This book will keep you on the edge of you seat with surprises around every turn. You will not be sorry that you bought it.
Rating: Summary: The Best WC Book Yet Review: Forstchen does it again! To put it simply, this is an extremely powerful, emotional book, disguised as your run-of-the-mill action adventure etc. It may possibly be dismissed too easily at it's face value, but if you were to actually consider the events of the book and how you would feel if they had really taken place... I don't want to spoil the story for anyone, so I can't reveal any more. Needless to say, putting this book down is a crime.

Rating: Summary: One of the best WC Books ever Review: I read this book nonstop in one evening, then read it again, slowly, for a week. Even after a year, it still holds its value. It has enough emotion for the average (non-WC fan) reader; for the loyal WC fan, it was overwhelming. Well worth every cent -- Forstchen knows what he's doing when left on his own to play in the WC universe! A worthy sequel to End Run.

Rating: Summary: Impossible to put down Review: The best of the Wing Commander books. Emotional and exciting, two qualities that i find are missing from books based on previeously created series, like Star Trek or Star Wars. Hunter's death moved me to the point of tears. It didn't take me there entirely but when Admiral Tolwyn cried when they found his nephew, that part drives me over the edge every time I read it. The decriptions of the Battle of Earth are absolutely perfect. Especially when Mike Powolski rams the Kilrathi super carrier with his destroyer. When I read that to my girlfriend, she started sobbing. I recomend this book to anyone who likes a good read. The next Wing Commander movie should be based on this book.
Rating: Summary: Lions and Tigers and Cats oh my!! Review: The human fleets have signed an peace throaty with the cats but has the war really ended? As Jason "Bear" Bodevsy and Ian "Iceman" Hunter face against time to discover the earth's time may have just run out. Wonderful book I liked the imagery and to find a book that does not strictly go by the plot that the game set out.

Rating: Summary: An outstanding novel! Review: This is one terrific book. Impossible to put down, it displays a level of intensity that can only exist when the fate of the entire human race is at stake. Also a great insight into the one reason there is a military, with people truly dedicated to the defense of the country they love. Once again an amazing book, and having read it numerous times, I can safely say that it is one of the best I have ever read
