Rating: Summary: Lovely Review: This book has a intricate plot and a unique veiw on our world. It has meaning beyond that of the avreage fantasy story- but still, is smooth to read. I read it all in one night, staying up til 4 am, and wasnt even sorry i had done so in the morning. I would recommend this to anyone i know, whether or not they were regular fantasy fans- and i cant wait for the sequel. Its like sitting on pins and needles waiting for it! Definately the best Urban Fantasy i have ever read, and its up at the top with the rest of the books i have ever read, fantasy or not!
Rating: Summary: Dark Heart Review: This book is almost shocking. It's starts out slow, getting you lightly interested into the plot, then it hits you like lightning. This book shocked the hell out of me once I really got into it. It's a definate buy, and I'm waiting for sequels. Weis and Baldwin are brilliant with this Sci-Fi and Fantasy mixture of city life.
Rating: Summary: Dark Heart - A must read Review: This book is one of the best fantasy novels you could ever buy. I have read this book over 20 times, each time it is better then the last. It has Mystery, Drama, Romance, and Suprises, And need I say, Science Fiction. This book is the most awesome book I have ever read and I urge everone who reads this to buy it and read it. Because I can Guarntee, If you buy it, You will know you did not make a mistake.
Rating: Summary: Excellent Review: This book was excellent. It pulled you in from the very beginning. Towards the end, I put dinner on hold so I could finish it! It was great. I just hope there is a sequel coming soon.
Rating: Summary: A new direction for Weis Review: This was a wonderful book, blending fantasy with modern day crime novels. It leaves you wanting more. I am waiting impatiently for the sequel. Weis may capture a whole new set of readers with this series -- those who are not necessarily into the Dragonlance books -- but are readers of fiction set in today's world. She has blended the dragon storyline into it effortlessly.
Rating: Summary: Dark Heart Review: This was one of the best books that I've read. I love all of Weis's books especially the Darksword seies and this one. The only problem I found is that I am so anxiuos to get the next one in the series. Also I believe that this could be an awsome book to movie. I would love to see what todays technology could do with it.
Rating: Summary: Someone,or something is ripping the hearts from living men. Review: This was the first Fantasy Novel I had ever actually read and I have to say it was a good start ^_^ I loved this book so much that I dreaded returning it back to the library so I bought it =D I liked how it refers to ''Today'' instead of the usaual ''Knights in armor'' century...those are good too but this puts a new twist into the story line. However its been so long im begining to wonder if they just gave up on writeing a second novel. Been nearly 3 years :( does anyone know? It would help.
Rating: Summary: Not Margaret's Best Review: This wasn't my favorite Margaret Weis book. The story seemed a tad familiar, like some fantasy/Detective story you'd find on tv. I'm not crazy about stories with men who morph into some kind of creature (or visa versa), especially a dragon, so I should have steered clear.
Rating: Summary: One word - Amazing Review: Very few books have grabbed me in like this. I couldn't wait to find out what happened next, and finished the book in one day. I can't wait to see what the sequel has to offer, and if this is an indication of David Baldwin's writing prowess, then I think he will go far.
Rating: Summary: Craziness Review: Well, i have read alot of Weis's books.. My favorite is the Death Gate cycle....however to state is that this book has done what i did not think margaret could do...and that is to be Dark...its awesome....she really gets me involved with the book..like i am Justin......and the end of the book..it keeps you wanting more
