Rating: Summary: Launch To the New Trilogy Review: This book is an excellent launch to the new Spider-Man trilogy. Mysterio makes an excellent villain in this first book as something he's never really been before: A bloodthirsty killer. It is an excellent book to read. It also introduces the intiguing new villain The Gentleman. I can't wait for the next book to see how badly they beat Spider-Man up when the Sinister Six takes to battle.
Rating: Summary: I can¿t wait, Where¿s part II? Review: This book is great, I've been a Spidey fan since I was on elementary school. I've read most of the Spiderman novels, and this one is great. I read it in two days, The story is very good; you want more and more. The author really knows how to tell the story. The strange man trying to gather the six and the unknown Pitty. I cannot wait to see the Six in action again and how Spiderman will deal with them again. The other story on the book, the story of Mysterio and his vengeance is great. Too bad I haven't found book two yet. I cannot wait to read the next part. Good work on this one Adam.
Rating: Summary: An Excellent Book Review: This book written by Adam-Troy Castro is a very good read and the beginning of the exceptional Sinister Six trilogy. The only gripe I have with his book is that it really only deals with Mysterio as he wreaks havoc to many. The actual "Gathering of the Sinister Six"(done by the Chameleon) is a very small part of the book. This book should've atleast been given a subtitle relating to Mysterio. Other than that, it's an exciting piece of Marvel fiction that will likely entertaining to even those who aren't too enthusiastic about Marvel heroes.
Rating: Summary: Excellent start to the Spider-man Trilogy! Review: This is one of the better Spider-man novels I've read recently. I found it fun to read, fast paced, and entertaining. It seems the wise-cracking web-slinger isn't the only hero in the family. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series. Hopefully it will be coming out soon.
Rating: Summary: Probably the Best Spider-Man Novel I've Read Review: Worth seeking out for comics fans; this story is like a good six-issue run of the Spider-Man comic-book that was conveniently transcribed into a single volume of prose. Just the right mix of melodrama, action, mystery, and witticisms keep things chugging along. Strange, though, that this volume is out of print while the two other parts of the "Sinister Six" trilogy are still easily available. Still, a used copy isn't that hard to find, especially online.
