Rating: Summary: Desparately Waiting! Review: I have been waiting not so patiently since these books came out for #3. The People in Gladney's books are so real, I need to find out what happened to them. The author made them live. She should try Speilberg for backing - the books would make a great (series I hope) of movies, with Jackie Chan as Naga Teot.
Rating: Summary: Warm heart; Cold actions lead to a sensational hero Review: I just found the two books and enjoyed reading them. I think the next 2 books sould be from Drin's point of view as Sati becomes his Liege in the Upai way of life. Please hurry to produce more!!!!
Rating: Summary: Up there with Tolkien!! Review: I read this book when I was 13 yrs. old. I still remember Naga and his two Scaddas to this day. Sadly, the book got lost in our next move and I have yet to find another copy. Anyone who loves action, well developed characters, and getting lost in another realm, this is a must read! If any one can find a copy for me and tell me what the second book is called, E-mail me at RebelWizard@aol.com
Rating: Summary: Re: Teot series Review: It isn't the end, there's more out there, you know. Blame a frustrating series of publishing near-misses and my struggles with the forty-hour work week. I've earned contradictory comments on which book that fans believe is better written and more focused, perhaps because many zero in on how it speaks to their areas of expertise. Striking a balance between technical information and plot action and characterization was harder in this book than in Bloodstorm, whose difficulties involved research in what I felt was a wider exploration of unfamiliar topics. Partly compelled by feedback on TW (yes, hopeful I was, but honestly I don't think I expected anything, and it turned out to be all heartening) I tackled a much wider range of science and historical subjects. My thanks!
Rating: Summary: still waitng Review: Like all the other readers iloved both books, still waiting for book #3... Heather gladney and teot where are you?
Rating: Summary: I too am waiting for the next installment Review: Like most people who have written reviews for this book and the second in the series "Blood Storm", I too have been and waiting/looking anxiously for the third installment of the "Song of Naga Teot". When asked by friend or associate for a good book, this book is inevitably one of the ones at the top of my list. The story itself is grippng, the characters inspirational and the setting top notch. Like other fans of this series my books are worn and in need of replacements. I highly suggest this book to all and hope to see another in the future.
Rating: Summary: Heather G. needs to finish the series, publishers get busy. Review: My copies of the two Teots novels are ragged from rereading them every year. A reprint would be nice, the printing of new Teot novels by Heather would make my day. I can't belive that after the first two novels her publisher didn't sign her to a contract to finish the series. What a dunder head to have a author of her talent and not keep her busy for the last ten years. How many good novels have we missed while Heather was not putting to use her considerable skills to entertaining us with tales war and intrigue. What a waste of talent.
Rating: Summary: love, betrayal, and war - what could be missing? Review: The only thing missing in the Song of Naga Teot is a volume 3 and maybe 4! The action is fast, the characters complex. Heather Gladney's writing style makes this a fascinating read. It's blood and humor is not for the faint hearted, as Naga is a character that dances with his shadow. I wait, with scaddas in hand, for the next installment.

Rating: Summary: Facinating world and characters Review: This is a fantasy without magic, a world which might be ours in the far distant future (or perhaps not.) Naga Teot is a hero for everyone who has ever felt disenfranchized. The story grips you by the throat and won't let go. One small caveat: The writing is sometimes choppy and occasionally confused. but I too am still waiting for the third volume. Ms. Gladney, are you out there?
