Summary: What a joke...
Review: Not much to say about this book. It sucked. It wasn't really a novel at all rather a series of short stories thrown together in one book. None of the chapters really advanced the story. In fact you wouldn't even have known they even tried if not for the very brief mention of what happened in the previous "chapter". I wouldn't recommend this book to a dead dog.

I give this book 1 out of 5 stars. Try harder Jonathen Green.

Summary: I really liked this book
Review: Now it is true this book has the feel of several short stories put together, but I felt they were nicely woven togther, and played off each other well. It gives you a feel for the numerous adventures a band of sell swords would find themselves in. The characters actually had a way of growing on you. It was suprising that a main character did not make it to the end of the book, but such are the dangers of the Warhammer world. I really did like the adventures the band of mercenaries found themselves in, and I am looking forward to Jonathan Green's next book about this stallwart band.
