Review: What is a Guardian?
A Guardian is a human being that has exhibited extra ordinary
powers. They can be anyone from any walks of life, but they
all MUST be registered and currently working for a
government that has a recognized Guardian program. Some
people choose not to be active Guardians and in doing so are
ordered not to use their powers. To do so means you are
labeled a Rogue, a super being who uses their powers outside
of government permission. It's 1999. The world is about to get a wakeup call on a Holy
scale. Angels have come to Earth looking for God and they
have taken it upon themselves to purge the superhuman
phenomenon. Guardians are forced not only to fight Rogues,
but to defend themselves against Angels who think that they
are abominations! In the mix a new Rogue has appeared
demanding the world submit to his will. Meanwhile, Cartel has
let his Rogues loose on the streets trying to uncover the Holy
conspiracy which is killing both the Guardians and Rogues.
