Summary: Oh, it's good
Review: Needless to say, this is the best book I have ever read. I haven't read any other fantasy novels, but that doesn't matter. Jeff Grubb did a great job on writing this book, and I've heard that the many other books written by him are also very good. One thing I like about this book is how is explains situations just enough to get a grip on them, and then moves to the next. Every chapter introduces a newer circumstance which fits perfectly into the storyline so the reader understands everything that's going on, and the ending has an equally good climax.
The only thing I can think of that I didn't like about this novel is how Jeff Grubb began and finished scenes too quickly. It seems like there's a constant rush from one thing to the next, which makes it a little more difficult to get a grasp on the situation. Also, this book is more action than anything. Another thing that's good about this book is that you know just about as much of what's going on as the main character knows is going on. So, If you like fantasy, this is the book for you. If you never read books like me and are wanting a decent book to read while in the car going somewhere, try this one out. You won't be dissatisfied, trust me.

Review: The Brothers' War ended with the first snowflakes which prefigured the coming of the Ice Age. As the Cold entraps Dominaria, a long period of chaos tears the plane apart: the Dark Age. Jeff did it again. Just as with "The BRothers' War" his way of writing is engaging and makes you part of hte story. Bravo

Review: This book is an amazing work of fiction. Not only does is help you to truly understand the world of Magic, but how spells are cast and how the Ice Age and the Dark came into being. Jeff Grubbs wrote a great book! I couldn't put it down! Buy this book right away!

Review: This book is great. I couldn't put it down. I play the game and it opened up a whole new perspective for me. Even if you don't play the game and just like fantasy and magic, this book is for you. The story grabs and pulls you in. Only 1 other book did this to me and that was Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (Also read). GET THIS BOK!
