Summary: Newsflash
Review: Tune in to the daily news and you'll be shocked as to the similarities she talks about. I too was skeptical until the onset of the millenium when we began to see so much destruction and evil happening without explaination. I would take these suggestions from Keating seriously. We will see more tough times in the road ahead and must prepare spiritually, physically and minister to others who are questioning their faith. But more importantly pray.

Summary: Here we go again...
Review: I grew up in a strongly Catholic area of the country. I vividly remember the plethora of booklets available at the supermarket about everything from lottery numbers and bingo strategy to economic theory or end times prophecy. All of this with due credit given to various saints or the mother Mary. The Bible does not list this multitude of saints, nor give validation to them. I still to this day fail to understand the Catholic obsession with mindless superstition. Jesus did not empower an organization, much less the Roman Empire to rewrite the word of God, nor to embellish the faith with ritual and iconism. The fearmongering that is rampant in works such as this serves only to empower the Church hierarchy to control and further oppress the masses.
That Bible, after hundreds of revisions and translations is now in it's current form, letter-by-letter, the official coded guide to universal knowlege? Wow. I do remember the warning- "No matter what point of view you espouse, you can find justification in the Good Book."
And another warning-
Beware the man of God who is also a man of money. (woman, too).

It seems to me that the people who are most adamant about end-times philosophy are those who want very badly to see God come down here and kick the hell out of all those who have done us dirty all our lives. I must admit-- that'd be nice.
As for this book- put it up on the shelf with the lottery, bingo, economic theory, and end-times prophecy booklets.

Lastly, before you prepare the fort (to survive Armageddon) Be absolutely sure you would WANT to live in the world that remains, dying slowly of radiation poisoning or starvation or at the hands of mind-blown savages. Pray, repent, be righteous, and leave with the first group.

Summary: Extreme Right Wing Catholic Paranoid Delusions
Review: If you are a fearful right wing Catholic who thinks anything more modern than the wheel is the work of Satan, I am sure you will find this book deeply rewarding. If you use self-guilt and shame and fear (coming from an angry God who judges every bowel movement of humankind), then you will probably love this book. If you are a rational AND spiritual human being who believes that the world encompasses both good and evil, but does not subscribe to a dogmatic Catholic doom & gloom mantra, then (like me) you will find this woman to be delusional at best. Her rantings are an insult to anyone who seriously loves God and nature and does not believe that life is one big test being monitored by a psychotic tempermental tyrant (the old testament god conceptualization). Yes, we may be facing hard times, but when hasn't human kind? World War 2 wasn't exactly a picnic for anyone either! This woman joins a long line of right wing wacko's who sees the devil in everything from gay rights to women working outside the home to separation of church and state. Revolting stuff.

Summary: Ralph Sarchie
Review: This is a must read for everyone. The message is so powerful and very important to us all. Part of the message is that the Rosary is a very special devotion that no person of faith should be without. This book shows you how very real evil is.

Summary: The Final Warning
Review: When I first read this book six months ago, I thought Kathy was way out there! Now, just watch CNN and you know she is on to
something.

Summary: Not much of a revelation.
Review: Lots of "fuzzy math" and typos. This book has a few interesting concepts but nothing to become inspired about. If your looking for a good "end times" novel there are many better reads on the market. This book makes some incredibly illogical assumptions. A good sci-fi short story but certainly not an addendum to your Bible.

Summary: OH SO EVALUATIVE, "INTERESTING," and PITHY!
Review: I am, of course, referring to the REVIEWS of the book, and not the book itself. Reviews drenched in terms such as "wonderful!", "fantastic!", and "I can't wait for her next book!", wreak of emotionalism and evaluation and give other readers no critical criterium or clue as to the book's assets. Unless, that is, we are all just reading for entertainment or, perhaps more detrimentally, for "info-tainment." The only comment I want to make about the author is that anyone who fingers someone like Benjamin Creme's Maitreya as the antichrist and then writes such drivel probably deserves such effusive, gushing, and uncritical assessments of her work.

Summary: Can't Wait For The Next One!
Review: This book was just fantastic! I can't wait for the next one. Hopefully we'll be able to hear Kathleen on the radio again. She's just a wonderful person! I really enjoyed this book and I know the next one is going to be just as good. Her website is fantastic too, just tons of content. Keep up the good work, Kathleen!

Summary: Wow! Wonderful Book!
Review: Judging from the other reviews here, there are a lot of angry people in the world. Kathleen speaks the truth and her book is a wonderful read. I always enjoy it when she's on the radio.

Summary: what a crock
Review: I quote another reader's review ..

"Anyone who would believe this garbage is either naive or stupid"

Faith is one thing, but being a complete SHEEP is another. This woman's obvious intention is to serve her own agenda and make a buck - and you paranoid bible thumpers let her get away with it.

This is a woman who sells BANNER AD SPACE on her website? Hello? "Investigative journalist" my @$$ .. try wallet reaver.
