Summary: intriguing, thoughtful book; sucky movie.
Review: Travel through time with a futuristic female working for the good of the human race by abducting passangers from planes that are about to have 100% fatalities in crashes. "Louise" is helping her advanced but dying society stockpile humans for a repopulation of the earth so far in our future that the land has healed itself from centuries of human abuse. Unfortunately this wonderful book was made into a really bad movie also.
