The Lightning Man: The Beginning

Summary: An original concept
Review: The Lightning Man was a truely interesting experience. The lead character of John Mathews, an ex-marine turned truckdriver, who leads you throught a completely new world filled with rich characters and new surroundings. In this new world John discovers new enemies and new love. The story is fast paced and easy to understand, with plenty of plot twists and action.
There are a few editing errors that tend to be distracting. However, the story compensates and the total experience is appealing. I didn't want the story to end.

Review: The story line starts off running and doesn't stop. The Lightning Man:The Beginning is an interesting quest involving a modern charachter that gets summoned to another world. The book was original and worth while, I hope there's a sequel. Only problem would be the constant typo's, but was still enjoyable. I liked that the book was differnt from the 'average' plot in many ways, and the creativity kept thing's new. It's always great to support a local author and I hope to get my book signed sometime soon...
