Rating: Summary: Tender and Touching Review: "Love and War" isn't an adventure book like other Dragon Lance books, but it is interesting and quite charishable to read about the romance and honor that helps create this land which we so love. This is a must for any Dragon Lance fan who enjoys the love that embraces Krynn. Warning: You may want to have a handkerchief (just barrow one from Tasslehoff) while you read.
Rating: Summary: Pretty good book...maybe four stars!!!! Review: First off, I am in the process of reading over sixty Dragonlance novels in chronological order, so click on my name for great and humourous reviews...true also! Now to this book...I almost gave this book four stars, it's that good. Ten stories in all and half of them are great! The other half are boring, but if they are boring they at least have a decent story. The action is the boring part and in some stories questions are left unanswered, by an author's mistake. The love stories in a few of these are some of the best! Raistlin's Daughter is a enjoyable story, but as you will find out in later books the story is completely (BLANK)! Not gonna spoil it! May be one of the best Tales books because it has the most good stories. Read this!

Rating: Summary: JUST MY THOUGHTS Review: I FELT LIKE THE WRITER WLAKED ME RIGHT INTO THE STORY.
Rating: Summary: Well... Review: I have to give all the short story novels 3 stars. There are some stories you won't like but they'll be 2-4 really great ones that will make the books worth the price.
Rating: Summary: Love & War Review: I love this book! Lots of great short stories about Krynn. A must have for all dragonlance fans.
Rating: Summary: Mostly mediocre except for... Review: I read this many years ago when I was a teenager and the thing that really sticks in my mind is how awful the final story was. It's the worst bit of writing I've ever actually paid money for. Was getting published in this book the reward for this author winning some junior high school writing competition? (Of course not - it would be an insult to talented young writers!)Plus, piling on with the past of Raistlin (as other books do with other characters) seems by this stage more to do with commerce than DragonLance trying to be a truly consistent, believable fantasy world. (No wonder people question some material as canon.) Still, that is all DragonLance was designed to be I suppose. Young readers are recommended to try different fantasy series rather than scrape the barrel of the Dragonlance series.
Rating: Summary: Love & War Review: This book was Excellent. Every short story in the book involves love of some kind, love of heroes, love of poor good souled people. It also talks about the great Huma, and tells how he destroyed the Queen of Darkness: and his love for the Silver dragon he rode, and when transformed , a beautiful woman. Every tale is just magnificent. Raistlins Daughter was not as good as i thought it could be , but , it was still a very good tale. Buy this book , it's a must for Dragonlance Fans.

Rating: Summary: Dragonlance short stories are as good as the novels Review: This is by far the best of the "Tales". The stories are moving, and wonderfuly written. Everything is included; from the tale of the darken wood to the pain of a painter's dream. These short epics tell of a world torn by war and healed by love.
