Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A good book overall. Well worth reading.
Review: The book was very good. I really liked the parts where Anigel had to take charge and help the prisoners escape. Kadiya was her usual self. I think that they should have given Tolo a better chance at using his talisman. Also the end was not at all what I expected.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Entertaining, but not classic
Review: This book is mostly well-written and has an involving storyline, but it just doesn't have that certain something that makes a book classic. Also, I was disappointed at how the relationship between Haramis and Orogastus was portrayed; there was a lot of potential for great writing there that was never realized.

I'm hoping Black Trillium will be better, as it was the original Trillium book, written by three authors.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Turns you in every direction
Review: Wow... It's hard to rate this one book when there is a whole
series. You'll recognize lots of Julian May in these books. You
are taken into one direction then totally blown away in another.
The series starts out kinda slow but then, watch out! I highly
recommend the whole series.

I was captivated to the very end. This is one of the books that
you just find hard to put down.
