Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: A good read. Review: This book is a recent winner in the category of Futuristic Fiction, in the "Christie Awards," and it deals with a mission to Mars, and an explosing, with this question - Could there be a saboteur on board? Written a little on the clunky side, it nevertheless holds on and delivers. The gist of this is that NASA has cut corners, threatening a four-man mission to Mars. The resulting voyage is plagued with problems, both technical and personal, and when an explosion almost topples the ship and rocks it, the astronauts must decide if they trust each other enough to take drastic action. Good reading!!!

The authors approach controversial subject matter in a sensitive and interesting way. They have graciously involved us in the lives and adventures of the crew, so that we can feel we are making the journey with them as part of the team. I was so engrossed once that I actually missed a flight, because I didn't notice they had started to board. Great for teens and adults alike. Can't wait for the sequel.

Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Great Science Fiction and a Spiritually Uplifting Read Review: This book was very well writen by two people who really know the science they are writing fiction about. The narative was able to capture and hold my attention extremely well, and the resolution of this book was not a dissapointment. As a christian novel I also appreciated Oxygen. Instead of painting a mathematical description of a journey to salvation, this book described a transition from unbelief and doubt to faith and miracles through truly human eyes. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for truly informed science fiction, and to anyone who wants to read a gripping book that will ultimately lift the spirits.

Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Is there life on Mars? Review: This question has baffled scientists and regular folks for years. The implications are staggering. But what happens if you look and DON'T find it after NASA has spent billions on the project? What does it mean to your beliefs if you DO? And what do you do when unexplainable things begin to happen around you? This book never lets up on the suspense and drama. Don't plan to put it down.
