Rating: Summary: Great, the characters shine Review: Everything in this book is fantastic, excellent, compelling, whatever. I like Corran's expieriences in Lusankya. Poor Tycho, though.
Rating: Summary: THIS BOOK ROCKS Review: This book was cool but a little boring in a few places. The rest ruled.
Rating: Summary: This book is filled with excitement and adventure. Review: This book is the best of the X-wing series. I liked it because it had plenty of dogfights, non-stopping missions, and great escapes. The only down side to it was there was too much law events, such as having a trial.
Rating: Summary: a very good book Review: The book is very entertaining. It gave us a view of the twisted personality of Iceheart. The part that I liked best, was the part where he used his grandfather's lightsaber to escape from Lusyanka.
Rating: Summary: GREAT book!!!! Review: One of the better books, but still not as good as some of the other I've seen. It is definatly one of the better ones tough.
Rating: Summary: One of the best books Iv'e ever read Review: I thought that THE KRYTOS TRAP is one of the greatest books I've read. I like the entire series because the books have alot of action which is just like the movies. I think that Stackpole did an excellent job!!!!
Rating: Summary: An Epic Story Told Well Review: At first I wasn't interested in the book, but eventually all of that was changed. Conspriracies are moving throughout Choruscant, & the New Republic is struggling to keep things under control. Tycho Celchu is on trial for the death & treason on Coran Horn. Coran is not dead though. He is at a top security brain-washing facility & is doing his best to escape & clear Tycho's name. Along the way A virus has been injected into the inhabbitants of Choruscant. A secret of Coran's past is reveiled. It's a great novel. I can't wait to read the 4th book in the series
Rating: Summary: Rogue Squadron....Viruses....Prisons....Murder....Explosive! Review: This is by far the best part of the X-wings history, The trial had me rivetted, whilst Corran's escape was utterly brilliant, and to make the prison a Super Star Destroyer, was a stroke of sheer brilliance. I am presently reading The Bacta War, and I am saddened that I am coming to the end of a great series
Rating: Summary: Ain't half bad! Review: Micheal Stackpole is only beaten by Zahn and Anderson for pure, riveting suspense, and I believe that the only series from Anderson that betters it is the Jedi Academy Trilogy.(Check it out! The books are Jedi Search, Dark Apprentice, and Champions of the Force.) I do, however, believe that he goes quite off the beaten path, creating an almost entirly different set of characters, save Ackbar, Antilles, and Fey'lya and finally bringing Luke int the story on page 348 of the third book inthe X-wing series. Having read the Heir to the Empire series, I found myself anticipating what was because of clues you would only recognize if you read this series. Overall, I'd say that this is a very good boook and went through it very quickly. Thank you Amazon!
Rating: Summary: Crouscant is in trouble, the Rebels must stop the disaster. Review: The Rebels took Croruscant only to find it infected with a deadly virus! The virus is wiping out the entire alien population and the only cure is bacta but, the Rebels have no money left to supply the world with bacta.
On top of all of the problems of trying to locate bacta the government is tied up puting Capitan Tycho Celchu on trial for the murder of Corran Horn who is a member of the Alliances' most elite fighting force Rouge Squadron.
Corran Horn is not dead even though the New Republic belives he is. He is trapped in the underground prison named Lusanka. Corran must escape the top security Imperial correction facility in order to save Tycho Celchu before he is convicted of murder and put to death.
The Alliance turns to Rouge Squadron in order to get bacta to heal the dying world. Rogue Squadron is sent to many planets to escort convys back to Coruscant.
Will Captain Celchu be put to death? Will Coran escape from the top security Imperial prison? Will Rouge Squadron be able to protect the convoys when hauling bacta? These are just a few of the many exciting things you will get answers to if you read this book!
